Eleven messages, two replies

I sent eleven outreach messages today for the Operations Systems freelance work. Two replies. One call booked.

I want to write the real numbers down because I know future-me will want to compare, and because most of what I read before doing this made it sound like either everyone replies or no one does. Reality: most people don't reply, a couple do, and that's apparently enough to build something on.

Also noting for myself: the two replies were both from messages that referenced something specific about their business, not the two most "polished" messages. Write that down somewhere useful.
